Delivery Exceptions and Charges

Standard Delivery

Free Standard UK delivery when you spend £50 or more, £3.95 for orders under £50*.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 3pm however delivery times will vary depending on the service. Standard Delivery is usually delivered within 3-4 working days, Monday to Saturday, 8.00am - 8.00pm. In rare circumstances, the delivery may be delayed, and we will notify you as soon as possible if that is the case. Exempt postcodes are listed under section Delivery Restrictions and Exceptions. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.

Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. When your order has been shipped, we will email details of the method of shipment, and also details of any tracking information that you may use to track your delivery, together with details of our tracking service.

*Surcharges apply for oversized items such as curtain poles, tracks, blinds and rugs. This surcharge will be added to the Standard Delivery charge at checkout. Any orders over £75 will qualify for Free Delivery.

Items over 120cm to 180cm - £6
Items over 181cm - £8

Next Day Delivery

UK Next Day delivery is £5.95*.

Your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 15:00 (GMT) on a working day, and should be with you the following day. Our carrier will deliver Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 8.00pm. Orders placed on Friday before 15:00 (GMT) will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 15:00 (GMT) will be delivered on Tuesday. This service excludes public holidays. Exempt postcodes are listed under section Delivery Restrictions and Exceptions.

Furniture Deliveries

Nursery furniture deliveries will take a few weeks to deliver and is only available for UK mainland postcodes. Our delivery team will contact you to discuss the delivery. If you require furniture to be delivered outside the UK, please contact us to discuss.

Large Oversized Delivery

Surcharges apply for oversized items such as curtain poles, tracks, blinds and rugs. This surcharge will be added to the Delivery charge at checkout. Any orders over £75 will qualify for Free Delivery.

Terms

We are not liable for any unforeseen delays with dispatch or with the courier service. Delivery will take place between 8am and 8pm and in some cases, a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. Drivers can leave the parcel in at your property if you are not available providing it is deemed a safe place. Tracking will be emailed to your email address once it has been dispatched and you can ring our customer services for any queries regarding dispatch. Exempt postcodes and delivery estimates are listed below. In rare occasions, extra delivery charge may be needed if your order needs to be sent in multiple parcels or is in a remote location. We will contact you and discuss if this is the case.
